Our culinary team will get to work collaboratively to develop a seasonal, ocean-to-table menu for Meridian, focusing on Northwest coastal cuisine. The restaurant will source from the sea, local vendors and Mary's Herb Garden at the lodge.
You will assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen. You’ll perform routine kitchen tasks so that food can be prepared according to recipes.

Meridian Restaurant and Bar, located in Headlands Coastal Lodge, is adding a prep cook to the culinary team.
