The Front Desk Agent/ Guest Services Associate is our guests main point of contact during their stay. You will be the first smiling face to welcome guests for our 4 local lodging properties - The Inn at Cape Kiwanda, Headlands Coastal Lodge and Spa, Hart's Camp Airstream Hotel and RV Park, and Open Nest Vacation Rentals. They cater to adventure-seekers and the active Pacific NW lifestyle. Each of our brands is unique in style and features. Get to know your guests by interacting with them face to face every day, anticipate their needs based on your interactions and work with your team mates and varying departments to make their stay unique and memorable. Personalize the guest's stay by making recommendations for their meals, activities, and more. You will take great pride in knowing that the properties you will be associated with are of high quality and our guests are truly cared for by every member of our teams, managers, and owners. The guest's extreme satisfaction shines through when reading our guest reviews which are consistently positive across all brands.
Your day would be comprised of greeting guests as they arrive and depart. Working with a variety of departments within our organization such as housekeeping and maintenance. Communicate guest needs and ensure that the details of their stay are just as we promised. Answer phone calls and reply to emails for reservation inquiries and service needs. Deliver special amenities to guests as requested. Strong communication skills and being technology inclined is preferred for this position. Your work environment will be mostly standing at the welcome desk in either the Inn at Cape Kiwanda or Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa while using a variety of Microsoft based programs that help support our businesses.
